Too Much Pressure is largely a studio recording of The Selecter's live set list at the time, and while largely consisting of original material (mostly written by Davies), it also contains cover versions of numerous old ska and reggae tracks.

    8. Too Much Pressure 9. Murder Out On The Streets Carry Go Bring Home Black And Blue James Bond “Three Minute Hero” was a spirited lead-off single, full of running on the spot two tone rhythms, wailing saxophone and pounding drums. The ska joy continues in the next track, the infectiously lively “Time Hard”/5(37).

The Selecter's "Too Much Pressure" is the single most overlooked album of the U.K. ska revival, and in my opinion, the most overlooked album of the lates/earlys. Fans of the short-lived U.K. ska revival are probably familiar with The Selecter, but unfortunately most don't own "Too Much Pressure"/5(24).

Buy The Selecter: Too Much Pressure (Colored Vinyl) Vinyl LP at pakhaisuversrivicnesssogosanddresjoe.coinfo, a Better Music Store Experience since The sound of Clement Dodd’s Studio One and Duke Reid’s Treasure Isle resonated strongly in a country full of first-generation British-born Jamaicans in Margaret Thatcher’s economically-stagnant Englan.
